Lying down french press. Great exercise for triceps while keeping your core activated.

Lie down on a bench with your arms straight, holding the dumbbell in a horizontal position.
Bend your elbows and begin to slowly lower the barbell towards your head.
Keep your elbows locked for the entire movement and continue to lower the barbell untill it is slightly over your head.
Reverse the movement untill the barbell is back at the original position.
