I love variation in my work-out regime and I've always found different ways of challenging myself. Thai boxing has improved my mental strength, discipline and courage. Dancing has improved my agility and coordination, yoga has taught me stress reduction and given me vitality, and strength training has made me stronger and showed me the importance of consistency. Balance in life is key.
