My training style differs from client to client, as I adapt to what I see the person resonds to. I am realistic when it comes to setting and achiving goals. I am very passionate to teach people how to train, not just training them for the hour we have. My personal goal when I work with someone is that they will leave with a lot of knowledge about training, nutrition and lifestyle.
