I have worked as a personal trainer for 4 years and have recently finished my bachelor study in physiotherapy. My training style is goal oriented and focuses on helping you achieve your full potential, both mentally and physically. Based on your strength, mobility, movement and injuries I will help you to design a workout program to reach your goals.
